No matter what walk of life we are from in the West in particular, we seem to always experience what everyone on the planet experiences, growing pains and the “up and downs” of relationships. I say that if you are under 50 years of age and for many even older, without a neutral party or person to intervene and be the mediary, it is an uphill battle at times. And when I say neutral, I mean neutral. No religious decision or band wagon type of mediary.

For many, we have no one to talk to and express what is going on, so allow this to be a venue. My comments and suggestions will be humorous at times, yet neutral. I firmly believe in the “friend of the family” philosophy and not just the “she” or “he” is my friend.

This is a must. Imagine if you were to not brush your teeth for just 1 day, then 1 week, and try not brushing your teeth for a few months. Well, if you can imagine such a thing, this is what happens to the inside of our bodies while we beautify the external. Ask whatever questions and concerns you have about cleansing and fasting here. We need this.
